How the Property Management will Work:
- Once customer agreed to manage property. We will estimate the value of the property. We can work out operating budget for large properties.
- We have to sign the Property Management Agreement between Yash Property Management and the customer. The initial charges will be from Rs. 2000 to Rs 3500. This will include Court Registry Fee, Stamp Duty and Attorney fees.
This will authorize us to work in Nagpur on your behalf. Owners have to provide detailed information about their estate. They have to provide us copy of Property Ownership Documents.
- By default we will visit the property once a week. We will inform immediately to customer if anything to report. i.e. damage or repair etc. Send monthly report to customers with photos.
- We will pay regular utility bills i.e. Electric, Water etc. We will make sure to pay Corporation Taxes and Ground Rent etc. We will estimate charges for repair the damages and fix it if customer agrees.
- This mutual contract will be continued till cancellation by either party with 30 days of notice in advance.
How we work out
with the Tenant:

watch on the property and the tenants.
