1. Customer has real estate property in Nagpur and if you want to look after it. 

Monthly Standard price will be 0.05% of the estimated value of the estate. If  estimated value is 1 Lac or less, Monthly fee will be Rs. 50 per month. For next each multiple of 1 Lac value, the additional fee will get added with Rs 50. If  the estimated value of the property much higher than 5 Lacs,  the fee can be negotiable. 

With above fee we will provide following services

a. By default we will visit the property once a week. We will inform immediately to customer if anything to report. i.e. damage or repair etc.  Send monthly report to customers with photos.

b. We will pay regular utility bills i.e. Electric, Water etc. We will make sure to pay Corporation Taxes and Ground Rent etc. We will estimate charges for repair the damages and fix it if customer agrees. Customer has to pay separately in advance, actual value of the bills and taxes.

To work out management agreement, initial charges will be from Rs. 2000 (small property) to Rs 3500 (large property). This include Court Registry Fee, Stamp Duty and Attorney fees.

Also customer has to provide minimum 3 month of maintenance charges in advance. This will vary based upon the local requirements of the property.  

2. If you want to give real estate on rent or lease.

Our company share will be  20% of the monthly rent excluding the maintenance  and other charges.

Initial charges will include

Property Management Agreement, which will be Rs. 2500 (small property) to Rs 3500 (large property). Tenancy Agreement charges will be Rs 3500. This will include Court Registry Fee, Stamp Duty and Attorney fees.

Except above if there are major repair or improvements to the property, we will inform customer.  If customer agrees to pay, we will work out on those.

3. If customer would like to buy real estate property in Nagpur or in nearby area. Our fee will be 2% of the actual transaction of the value to seller. We will help customer to work out the negotiation and all the local  legal procedures.

4. If customer would like to sell real estate property in Nagpur or in nearby area. Our fee will be 2% of the actual transaction of the value to seller. We will help customer to work out the negotiation and all the local legal procedures.
